ITA-Italian Trade Agency took part in MIPIM, the premier international fair for the real estate, property, and construction sector.<\/p>\n

The conference “Property & infrastructures: leveraging Italy\u2019s unique natural beauty and strategic location<\/span><\/span>” was an opportunity to learn more about the many opportunities that Italy is able to offer throughout the country, also visible on www.investinitalyrealestate.com.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The panel illustrated the valorisation strategies of key public institutional players, focusing on public-private partnership opportunities, and on interesting projects in sectors such as tourism-hospitality, and logistics-digital infrastructures.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The conference was at 16.45 with opening remarks by ITA and a first session dedicated to an overview of the Italian market, followed by three round tables, including:<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1) The real estate \u201ccontrol room\u201d and key national players, with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Italian Public Property Agency, the Italian National Promotional Financial Institution and C40 Cities, a global network of nearly 100 mayors of the world\u2019s leading cities, united in action to tackle the climate crisis;
\n2) Hospitality & Tourism \u2013 The Italian Beauty and lifestyle, animated by the vision of RICS and of key public and private players, focusing on the market segment that has shown the highest growth in the last 12 months, with a pipeline of prestigious openings expected in the coming months.
\n3) Digital & Logistic Infrastructures \u2013 Italy, the gateway to Europe, an opportunity to hear from leading operators and public stakeholders regarding major projects and emerging trends in these dynamic sectors of the italian market, with an emphasis on the \u201cdatacenter fever\u201d.<\/p>\n
