This is the decision by the EU Court of Justice at which the Lombardy TAR and Sardinia had raised the issue of compliance with European legislation.<\/p>\n

In fact Italian law provides for the automatic renewal of licenses (required until 2020) .<\/p>\n

On the contrary, the European regulations invoked by the EU Court, states that the authorization is granted on the economic exploitation of marine and lacustrine state property must be subjected to appropriate selection procedure through auctions impartial, transparent and adequately advertised<\/h3>\n
