Siena\u2019s Municipal Council has approved regulations for enhancing the real estate owned by the authorities. The text, which consists of 18 articles, classifies the municipal assets which are available, unavailable or are municipal public property.<\/p>\n

The ways in which the available assets can be assigned are: letting and renting, loan, concession and other. The municipality may also identify alternative forms of enhancement, in accordance with the principles of protecting the public interest and through the use of competitive tools.<\/p>\n
