These are the prices for the most exclusive real estate in Venice in the historic centre and along the Grand Canal. <\/p>\n<p>In particular, the areas most under demand for the sale of luxury residential property are San Marco and San Polo, as well as the artistic Dorsoduro district. <\/p>\n<p>This is the analysis emerging from the Venice Market Report 2016 compiled by Engel &#038; V\u00f6lkers. <\/p>\n<p>International clients make up about 70% of sales, of which 25% are British, followed by French (20%) and German (10%).
