{"id":14952,"date":"2016-10-25T12:59:13","date_gmt":"2016-10-25T10:59:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress-763711-2606952.cloudwaysapps.com\/en\/?p=14952"},"modified":"2016-10-25T12:59:13","modified_gmt":"2016-10-25T10:59:13","slug":"adopted-the-standard-building-regulations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.investinitalyrealestate.com\/en\/adopted-the-standard-building-regulations\/","title":{"rendered":"Adopted  the Standard Building Regulations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It has been reached the agreement regarding the national building code scheme; <span title=\"infatti nella seduta del 20 ottobre della Conferenza Unificata (Stato, Regioni, Province autonome ed Enti Locali) \u00e8 stato dato il via libera all\u2019Intesa per l'adozione dello schema di Regolamento edilizio-tipo ai sensi dell\u2019art.\">in fact, in its meeting of 20 October past, the Joint Conference (State, regions, autonomous provinces and local authorities) gave the green light to the adoption of the Understanding of construction-type pursuant to Regulation schematic art.<\/span><span title=\"4, comma 1-sexies del DPR n.\">4, paragraph 1-sexies of Presidential Decree no. <\/span><span title=\"380\/2001.\n\">380\/2001.<\/span><br \/>\n<span title=\"Entro sei mesi le Regioni devono recepire lo schema di regolamento con un proprio provvedimento (legge o delibera).\">Within six months the Regions must implement the regulation scheme with its own measure (law or resolution).<\/span><span title=\"A partire dal recepimento regionale, gli enti locali avranno altri sei mesi per adottarlo.\">Starting from the regional implementation, local authorities will have six months to adopt it. <\/span><span title=\"Pertanto in un anno il regolamento edilizio standard si trasformer\u00e0 in realt\u00e0 nei vari municipi d'Italia.\">Therefore, in a year the standard building code will become a reality in the several municipalities of Italy. <\/span><span title=\"L'accordo sottoscritto riguarda in prima battuta le Regioni a statuto ordinario, ed \u00e8 opzionale per quelle a statuto speciale.\n\">The agreement signed in the first instance concerns the ordinary regions, and is optional for those with special regime.<\/span><br \/>\n<span title=\"Lo schema di regolamento si compone di un modello guida per la redazione del regolamento a forma di indice i cui contenuti saranno compilati dal Comune, e due allegati.\">The scheme of the Regulation shall consist of a model for the drafting of the regulation in the form of index the contents of which will be compiled by the municipalities, plus two annexes.<\/span><span title=\"L'allegato &quot;A&quot; che elenca le 42 definizioni standard \u00abuniformi\u00bb valide per tutti gli enti locali.\">Annex &#8220;A&#8221; contain \u00a0the 42 standard definitions &#8216;uniform&#8217; valid for all local authorities. <\/span><span title=\"\u00c8 la prima volta che viene adottato un \u201cvocabolario unico\u201d per definire, per esempio, la \u00absuperficie netta\u00bb, la \u00absuperficie utile\u00bb oppure anche solo l'\u00abaltezza dell'edificio\u00bb.\n\">It is the first time it adopted a &#8220;unique vocabulary&#8221; to define, for example, the &#8220;net area&#8221;, the &#8220;floor space&#8221; or even the &#8221; height of the building. &#8220;<\/span><br \/>\n<span title=\"L'allegato &quot;B&quot; , invece, elenca le 118 norme statali che impattano sull'edilizia, norme che nel modello saranno richiamate con apposito rinvio all'allegato B.
