The Apulian Regional Council has re-opened the tender for the sale of tourist mega plant at Baia dei Campi in Vieste, in the province of Foggia. <\/p>\n

The complex, which is 10 kilometers from the town is made up of different buildings with different architectural features and different usage purposes. <\/p>\n

The complex will have to keep the original destination for tourist activities and complementary uses, in which reason has been realized. The starting price is \u20ac9.4 million. <\/p>\n

The deadline for submission of tenders is fixed at 17 December 2016.<\/p>\n
