The figure emerges from the Supplement to the Statistical Bulletin of the Bank of Italy. <\/p>\n<p>The average interest rate on new loans, except for the loan management expenses, down to 2.02% in September from 2.16% in August. <\/p>\n<p>Even in this case it is a new record low.
