According to a report by Bnp Paribas Real Estate, between January and June investments recorded for commercial real estate totaled 4.9 billion euros, up 40% over the same period of 2016.<\/p>\n<p> The office sector remains the largest contributor to total volumes with about 2 billion euros in investment between January and June 2017 (42% of the total). <\/p>\n<p>Good performance also for the retail sector that in the first six months of the year totaled around 1.2 billion euros, twice as much as in the same period of 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first half of 2017 sets record volumes for real estate in Italy.
