According to the Agenzia delle Entrate, or Revenue Agency, last year more than 540,000 homes changed ownership, showing an increase of 4.9% compared to 2016. <\/p>\n<p>The positive figure concerns in particular some cities like Florence, where there is a real boom: between the Duomo and Santa Croce prices have increased by 25.8%. <\/p>\n<p>Milan follows. Here in 2017 sales increased by 8.5% and average prices recorded a +2.5% compared to 2014.
