That one is the company that manages the C3 Investment Fund, an alternative investment fund whose shares are held 100% by Cerberus SICAV-SIF, which owns the building. <\/p>\n<p>The property is located in via Jervis 13 and offers a net rentable area of almost 18,000 square meters.
