On 14 June the municipality of Forl\u00ec will auction the building called ex Universal, located in the central area between via F. Nullo, Via Maceri, Via U.Bassi, Piazzetta Pagano.<\/p>\n

The objective of the sale is the redevelopment of the real estate complex with the purpose of social housing.<\/p>\n

The starting auction price is set at 200,000.00 euros, per share and net of tax charges.<\/p>\n
