The Agenzia del Demanio has put up for sale, through a public auction, the real estate complex named former San Donnino Prison, which is located in the historic center of Como. The property, also present in the Investinitaltrealestate showcase, belongs to the historical and artistic heritage and is bound.<\/p>\n

Built in the nineteenth century, it consists of two cubic-shaped buildings articulated on three and four floors above ground, connected to a wing that develops on the main front overlooking the central Via Govio.<\/p>\n

The property has a total surface of 1,715 m\u00b2 and lends itself to being enhanced with transformation into tourist accommodation or residential structure.<\/p>\n

The auction is scheduled for October the 15th, 2018, and the starting price is set at \u20ac1.295 mln.<\/p>\n
