According to Nomisma, at national level the families show – over the last 10 years – a growth of the propensity for Re tarde.<\/p>\n

Looking ahead – for Nomisma – there are over 2 million units that express the intention to resort to rent in the next 12 months of which 863 thousand are already moving (3.3% of total households), while a component of around 1 million, 1 million (4.5%) should be activated in the coming months. <\/p>\n

An increase in the component of the rent of facilitated nature, common to the entire national territory, is confirmed while the transitional contract is more widespread in the 13 large Italian markets, driven in particular by the presence of temporary workers and students.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
