Tirelli & Partners published the Observatory of exclusive residences for the second half of 2018. <\/p>\n

With index 100 set at 2011, average sales prices returned to 96.5, having recovered almost 10 points from the inflection point of 2014. <\/p>\n

Compared to the first part of the year the prices requested still rise by 1.4% in the average value, by 1.7% in the average maximum (the houses of the first quartile for the total price, therefore the most exclusive and expensive). <\/p>\n

The top prices per square meter increase by even 2.1%. <\/p>\n

The Quadrilatero recorded both the maximum price required for a residence on the market (\u20ac 20 million), and the transaction of higher value achieved, a house paid \u20ac 8.6 million.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
