The auction shall consist in the submission of secret bids (\u2018Bids\u2019), in paper, digital or scanned paper form, before the Auctioneer Notary Dr. Mario Mele with office in Piazza della Pace n.1 22072 Cermenate (CO) tel: 031\/778860 e-mail: mmele@notariato.it or to the Peripheral Notary (Notary Qualified for the Notary Auction Network whose list can be consulted on the websites of the Notary Public www.notariato.it\/ran and www.avvisinotarili.notariato.it), for an amount at least equal to the above mentioned base auction price. The Lot shall be awarded to the person who has submitted the highest valid Bid, not matched by another valid Bid. In the sole case in which more than one valid Offer of equal value is submitted, placed ex aequo in first place in the ranking list, the Auction shall be carried out, among such bidders, according to the procedures set forth in Article 6.2 below.
